Photography – 2004

The self portrait series presents frozen moments of coexistence of Giorgios in their natural habitats.

The infinite divisions of the self, the multiples, twins, soulmates, the personality conflicts, the happiness and the incongruences of life, the perfect place versus all non-places, the self and the other, communication and silence, the impermanence and eternity of an instant. The story one can share with the many self there is to reach.

We are all Giorgio Filomeno, traveling together in Sagan’s pale blue dot, trying to get to know as many of us we can until our time is up.
